• Order Processing: Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

• International Delivery: We ship worldwide with tracking. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your package is on the way.

• Order Accuracy: Please double-check all shipping details at checkout. Once processed, we cannot make changes.

Returns 

We want you to love everything you purchase from leysathebrand! If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.

• You have 14 days from delivery to start a return for eligible items.

• Items should be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

• To start a return, simply reach out to us via email or DM, we’ll guide you through the process.

• Once we receive your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for processing.
